BEDIA employs a special facility called One-Stop-Service-Centre. This facility provides professional service to investors in the country, both foreign and citizen, as well as both new and existing enterprises.

The main objectives are to enable investors, particularly in the manufacturing sector, to secure the necessary clearances and approvals for manufacturing licences, residence and work permits as well as infrastructural facilities like land, factory buildings, water, electricity, etc. with minimal delays.
